Recently, I have been working with a wonderful crew making a short HBO-styled film called Songs About Dying.

This under-20 minute short tells the story of Ellie, a twenty something hipster who creates songs from local obituaries.When her estranged grandfather passes away Ellie must retun home to her distant & dysfunctional family.
